This year has been great, although i came this school late in the year but I did meet Alot of cool people

Final Project

I do believe my group will finish the final project because we are working hard to get it all done. So far we have finished all our assignments. I think we really are working as a team. We each take turns in doing the work. When someone needs help there is always someone else who can help them out. To be more effective I think our group can turn in the assignments more on time.

Life Update

Well life isn't all that great but I can't complain-I'm still alive......rite? So, everythingis going okay but there are a fewdifficult things that im going through at the moment. Today I thought was going to be a good day......being 4/20 and all but i't not going as good as i thught it would. I woke up, lets say-on the wrong side of the bed and on top of that it has been a very gloomy day-it's raining and everything semsdeppresing.

Teamwork

In my opinion my group has been working pretty well as a team. My group works together by seperatring work among each other and when help is needed or someone is confused about what they need to do, other team members then assist the ones that need help. I think that at the rate that we are working, we can certainly finish the project by March 27th.

What makes a student successful in high school?

I think in order for a student to be successful in high school they must have the following characteristics, skills or qualities:

• turning in their homework
• studying forany test or quizes
• going to class
• no drugs
• trying your best
• have your goals/plans organized

My Personality Type-ENFP

According to the personality test I am a bright and capable person. I am also very intuitive and perceptive about other people; I am able to relate to others on their own level. I am cooperative and friendly, i am a natural leader, but dont like to take control people. The careers that are more sutable for me seem to be- a consultant, a teacher, a Pyschologist, an engineer, a counselor.
In relationships I seem to have good comunication skills, perceptive about people's thoughts and motives, im fun to be around-dramatic, energetic, optimistic, i usually strive for a "win-win" situation. But like everyone I also have weeknesses, which are extreme dislike of conflicts....
The personality type that I should marry is INTJ or INFJ.

To improve the way I learn we could watch movies instead of reading the book to understand it better, having shorter time in school, and studying more for tests

Jim Crow Activity

The Jim Crow activity I went to Ways of seeing. This activity told that everyone has a different way at looking at different things. This activity was trying to tell us that there are many different kinds of thoughts and emotions that one can get from just a picture. I learned that even though there are different thoughts they are still the same, they dont change just because ones thoughts change. Semester improvements

First semester I screwed up a bit, but when I switched schools I sort of got back on track. This semester I did best in my English class. The class I did poorly in was Science- biology. In order to get even better grades this semester, I plan to study more for finals/tests.

Tech

Although I am new to this school I still learned some new things this semester. Something I really enjoyed learning was making tweens. It was difficult to learn and actually make the tweens work but it was very cool the way they came out.

Intro to-ME

My name is Graciela but I usually go by Grace. I am 100% Latina and very proud of it. I am new to Animo Venice and come from Santa Monica High School (also known as SAMOHI). I dont know very many poeple at this school but then again, there aren't very many poeple at this school anyways(lol). So far I find this school to be pretty intresting. Although it is very different from the school I came from. This school is very small but in some ways I guess it is better, it is easier for poeple to get to know each other and to get around the school and not get lost. I am looking foward to meeeting more poeple at this school.
